Queen Anne basement remodel
This Queen Anne basement remodel transformed an underutilized space into a fully finished, light-filled living area with an open and functional layout. The design emphasizes flexibility, modern finishes, and everyday comfort.
The interior renovation includes a new kitchen with custom cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and bar seating; a full bathroom with updated fixtures and a tile surround; and a spacious living area designed to accommodate a variety of needs. System upgrades, new flooring, and added insulation enhance both efficiency and long-term performance.
Exterior improvements were also completed, including siding repair, a refreshed front porch with new deck coating, and new soffits, bringing durability, protection, and a cohesive finish to the home’s exterior.
