This two-phase Magnolia home remodel in Seattle was designed to improve both functionality and long-term livability, combining thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and efficient project execution.

Phase One: Main Level Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel

The first phase focused on a full main-level renovation, including a complete kitchen remodel and bathroom upgrades. The kitchen features rift-sawn cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a custom tile backsplash, creating a clean, modern space built for everyday use. Bathrooms were updated with modern tile, a glass walk-in shower, and new fixtures for a refined, cohesive look. We also reconfigured the living areas to improve natural light and flow, while upgrading key systems to meet current standards. By leveraging our in-house electrical and plumbing teams, STS maintained tighter quality control, streamlined coordination, and an efficient construction schedule.

Phase Two: Basement Remodel & Expansion

In the second phase, we returned to this Magnolia Seattle home to complete a full basement remodel for a repeat client. This transformation added two bedrooms and two bathrooms while reworking the framing to create a more functional entertainment space and dedicated laundry room. The newly finished lower level maximizes usable square footage and enhances the home's overall functionality, designed to support growing families and modern living.
