first hill condo remodel

A complete remodel of this luxury condominium on the 24th floor in downtown Seattle. Every aspect of the home was carefully redesigned, resulting in a sophisticated space marked by craftsmanship and detail.

This project was completed in partnership with Taylor Interior Design and Kilburn Architects. The design team created a refined layout and color scheme, layering tones, materials, wood grains, and textures throughout the home. Custom craftsmanship is showcased throughout the project, including fully custom casework and cabinetry, a built-in breakfast nook bench, custom-milled barn doors with patterned glass, and made-to-order North American oak flooring installed in a herringbone pattern across the main living area.
