Atrium Court
STS Construction Services is proud to have delivered this recently completed eight-story, mixed-use housing development in Seattle’s Othello neighborhood. This thoughtfully designed project brings 271 new apartment homes to a growing urban community, along with activated ground-level spaces that contribute to the neighborhood’s evolving streetscape.
Atrium Court was built with a strong commitment to sustainability and long-term performance. The development features a 33-kilowatt rooftop solar array, passive solar design strategies, and comprehensive stormwater management systems. Additional elements such as composting infrastructure, water-conserving fixtures, and all-electric building operations, eliminating fossil-fuel-based heating, support a more efficient and environmentally responsible living environment. The project also prioritizes modern urban mobility, offering residents access to a shared on-site electric vehicle available by reservation, providing convenience without the need for individual ownership.
The grand opening was attended by Katie Wilson, who highlighted Atrium Court as a strong example of successful public-private partnership in delivering much-needed affordable housing options in Seattle. Delivered in collaboration with a strong team of partners, this project reflects a shared vision for community-focused, sustainable development.
