STS Construction Services completed the commercial renovation of a former women’s clothing boutique, transforming the space into a modern real estate office for Compass in West Seattle. The interior was fully gutted and rebuilt to include a welcoming reception area, glass-enclosed conference room, three private offices, a kitchen, bathroom, and a versatile flex space. The result is a clean, functional, and professional environment tailored to meet the needs of a dynamic real estate team.
