STS Construction Services completed Phase One of the Cogir Queen Anne Independent Living Building renovation. This comprehensive interior refresh included new lighting, updated signage, fresh paint, and all-new flooring throughout the building.
Our team managed all aspects of construction, from demolition and light framing to carpentry and prep work for subcontractor coordination. We replaced outdated trim and baseboards with new finishes, including custom trim detailing around the sunrooms. Additionally, our plumbers installed upgraded bathroom fixtures to improve both comfort and functionality.
The result is a revitalized, modern living space designed to enhance the daily experience of Cogir’s residents.
